About CVMA Kansas 21-1
Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and/or scientific purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code.
On a CVMA National level, our association supports the Fisher House which provides a "home away from home" for military families to be close to a loved one during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury.
On our local Kansas level, we support the Kansas Soldiers' Home at Fort Dodge, KS and the Kansas Veterans' Home in Winfield, KS.
Our CVMA Patch
Our CVMA patch has a very significant meaning to all of our members which is symbolized as follows:
- The Red is in remembrance of the bloodshed of our brothers.
- Gold represents the diverse ethnic background of all the armed services.
- Black is for the heavy heart for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
- The Skull and Ace of Spades represents the death that war leaves in it’s wake.
